• Coming Soon Products: Any pre-purchase or waitlist payments are fully refundable at any time before the product is delivered.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply send an email to sales@afwealthmindset.com with the following information:

• Your full name or the email address used at checkout
• The product you purchased
• Your transaction or order reference number (found in your confirmation email)
• The reason for your refund request (optional — but helpful for us to improve)

You do not need to provide a reason to receive your refund. We honour refund requests without question within the guarantee period.

3. Processing Time

Once we receive your refund request:

• We will confirm receipt of your request within 1 business day.
• Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
• The refunded amount will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout (card, PayPal, etc.).

4. After a Refund

Upon processing a refund, we kindly request that you:

• Delete or destroy any downloaded copies of the product
• Discontinue use of the product and any associated materials

Continued use of materials after a refund may be considered a breach of our Terms of Service.

5. Affiliate Products

In this case, the refund is handled directly by the product creator or their platform. By clicking through to their purchase page, you agree to their refund terms, which are comparable to or more generous than ours. We will assist you in facilitating any such refund request.

6. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving any issue promptly and a direct refund is usually much faster than a chargeback process. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in being banned from future purchases.
